Job Description:
Noblis is looking for a summer intern to contribute to our development of a web-based greenhouse gas calculator. The intern will work as part of an experience team of web application developers working to mitigate the release of greenhouse gasses.

The intern will be part of an Noblis class of approximately 18 undergraduate and graduate students working under the direction of the Noblis Chief Technology Officer, a Maryland Alum. Noblis, a non-profit science and technology company, offers a rich program of technology, professional, and networking experiences for our interns. Hourly Rate/Salary:
$15-$22 p/h

Start/End Date:
June 1-July 24, 2008

Student Qualifications/Skills:

• Qualified candidates will possess a passion for software development and knowledge and experience in Java, Javascript, and related web-services skills
• Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science,
• Excellent analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and a passion for learning.
