Applying Through CMPS
The College of Computer, Mathematical, and Physical Sciences accepts most merit and need-based award and scholarship applications on the CMPS Scholarship Application. To be considered for all possible scholarships administered through the college of Computer, Mathematical and Physical Sciences, student must fill out three separate applications: CMPS Scholarship Application, Jeff and Lilly Chen Scholarship Application, and the CSEM Application. Students should complete each form once and submit either electronically or via surface mail. Before applying please carefully check the scholarship criteria. Applicants will be considered for all merit and need-based scholarships administered by CMPS for which they are eligible.

CMPS Deadlines
For best consideration, CMPS scholarship applications for each academic year should be submitted by May 10 for the school year beginning the following August. Departmental scholarships may have different deadlines. Check each scholarship for the exact date.

FAFSA Form
Students applying for CMPS need-based awards MUST also have a FAFSA form on file with the University's Financial Aid Office. Information about the FAFSA process is also available on the Financial Aid Office web site.
